The profile menu is a popup that opens when you click your profile button at the bottom of the navigation sidebar. It provides quick access to personal account settings, billing and subscription management, API token management, and user context switching.

Key areas#

1. Account Settings — opens a page for configuring personal information such as display name, email, password, and notification preferences.
2. Billing & Subscription — opens a page showing current plan consumption, available upgrade options, and invoice history.
3. API Tokens — opens a page for issuing and managing personal API tokens used for programmatic access to the platform through its REST API and MCP endpoint.
4. Switch back — returns to a previous user context when the current session is operating under a switched or impersonated identity.

How to use this view#

Open the profile menu#

Click the profile button at the bottom of the sidebar. The button displays your name and email address.

Select an option#

Choose the menu item that matches your task:

• Select Account Settings to adjust your display name, email, password, or notification preferences.
• Select Billing & Subscription to review your plan usage, explore upgrade options, or view invoice history.
• Select API Tokens to create or revoke personal tokens for programmatic API access.
• Select Switch back to revert to your original user context if you are operating under a switched identity.

The popup closes when you select a menu item or click elsewhere on the page.
